After going in, defeating the blue-glowing stones can obtain the essence of Stone Shuangshuang.
Then continue deeper into the cave.
You can encounter Stone Mother at the red circle.
Defeating the Stone Mother can obtain the essence of Stone.
Then go back to talk to the Stone Person, but find out that he was being used.
Attack him directly, and after defeating him, you can obtain the Bichen spell, which allows you to transform into a stone person. It is generally not as useful as the Red Tide, but its characteristics can deal with some specific bosses.
Later, you can still buy things from him (for example, if you buy the Sober Stone, you will receive the Ascension Sc, expensive, not recommended) at the East Wind Village Sober Stone location.
