After coming down from Turtle Island, walk to the right and you will see the NPC Chenlong. Approach him to trigger a boss battle.
After defeating him, he will mention wanting to eat the pills refined by Shenhou. Return to Chapter Two – Wohu Temple – Cellar to talk to Shenhou and get the pills.
Return to Chenlong’s previous location, where he will be standing at the door of a small house. Talk to him and give him the pills. He will give you the Scroll of Fulfilment and unlock it for you.
