6. Tiger Temple
– Tiger Vanguard
After defeating Sha Daling, you can make your way to the Tiger Temple through the rear cave (as mentioned earlier). The red circle marks the entrance to the temple – the Land Temple gate.
Here, you will encounter the powerful Tiger Vanguard, so it’s recommended to craft the Hidden Wind set to deal with him.
Inside the temple, there is a meditation point on the left side of the staircase.
Going up, you can see the Tiger Vanguard drinking blood in the blood pool.
He completely treats the Rat Spirits as food.
Start with charging attacks and exchanging blows with the Tiger Vanguard, then dodge two sweeping attacks.
Use Soul Puppets like Earth Dragon and Big Head to control the Tiger Vanguard, then follow up with a paralyze spell.
Transform into Crimson Wave and exchange blows again.
When the Tiger Vanguard petrifies, try to avoid his attacks as much as possible.
After the second petrification, create some distance, observe the water in the pool and the sound, and dodge the ambush.
It’s best to keep your distance and dodge when the Tiger Vanguard attacks with his sword.
Don’t be greedy with your attacks, wait for him to finish a round of attacks before striking a few times, and focus on accumulating Stick Power for critical Stick attacks.
After defeating the Tiger Vanguard, the Headless Bard will give the Copper-Head Iron Arm to the Destined One, which is a skill with great feel.
You’ll also receive materials like Linglong Inner Dan, Monster Core, and Spirit Essence.
You’ll also obtain the Tiger Blade used for opening doors.
